Men's Masters (35-over) and Men's Seniors (45-over) - (sand courts);

Co-ed (traditional, not reverse) A, BB (grass courts);

The Co-Ed divisions take place on Friday. This has been done so that you can compete in both the co-ed, the same-sex divisions, or, the Father/Son, Father/Daughter divisions without any conflicts.
 
The FREE junior doubles clinic will take place from 12:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. on Friday afternoon. The clinic will be directed by USA Volleyball. The clinic is open to any, and all, boys and girls juniors and will be coached by AVP pro-beach professionals. Who knows, you may be the next Kerri Walsh, Misty May-Treanor, Phil Dalhauser or Todd Rodgers.
 
JUNIORS: In order to compete in the USA Beach Junior Volleyball Tour / Mountain Open, you must be a member of USAV.

Tournament Timeline:
Check-in: each day - 8:00 a.m. with play to begin immediately afterwards. All pre-registered teams must check-in (early check-in available beginning noon on Friday). Late registrations will be accepted - space available.
Friday: Men's Masters and Seniors, Co-ed A, BB (Finals Same Day).
Friday: Free Juniors Doubles Clinic (12:30 to 5:00 p.m.) - (interested juniors can register on-site beginning at noon).
Saturday: Men's and Women's Open, A, BB, B. Juniors pool-play and playoffs same day.
Saturday Evening: There will be a player's party Saturday evening offering finger-food, beer, wine, and a cash bar.
Sunday: Men's and Women's Open, A, BB, B playoffs. Father-Son and Father-Daughter pool-play and playoffs same day.
Men's and Women's Open: Double-elimination; Finals - Sunday afternoon/Cash and merchandise prizes.

Formats: All divisions play by FIVB beach rules and scoring (sand teams and Juniors play on FIVB size court; all other divisions play on regular 30'x30' court).
Co-ed A, BB: Friday, Pool play breaking top two teams into single-elimination playoffs that afternoon for merchandise prizes; Finals - Friday afternoon.
 
Men's A, BB, B/ Women's A, BB: Pool play on Saturday; last place team in pool is eliminated; all others move into single-elimination playoffs on Sunday for merchandise prizes (maximum of 24 teams per division for playoffs will be taken); Finals - Sunday afternoon.
 
Juniors: Pool play on Saturday with top two teams from each pool moving into single-elimination playoffs that afternoon.
 
Father-Son, Father-Daughter: Sunday, Pool play breaking top two teams into single-elimination playoffs that afternoon for merchandise prizes; Finals - Sunday afternoon.
 *Players that qualify for same-sex division playoffs can compete simultaneously in the FS/FD division, however, playoff matches will not be adjusted for scheduling conflicts.

Registration:
Entry fee for all amateur adult divisions is $50 per team.
Entry fee for open and juniors divisions is $60 per team.
Pre-registration deadline is 5 p.m. on Wednesday preceding the event.
 
Late registrations will be accepted, day of event, space available - $70 per team ($80 for open and juniors teams).

IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION:
There is very limited parking at the Athletic Fields. No parking is allowed along Vail Valley Drive and cars will be ticketed if left unattended. Men's and Women's BB and B play at Ford Park. To speed up check-in there will be attendants controlling a "drop-off" lane where one team member can register at the Athletic Fields while the other finds a parking spot at Ford Park.
